1. What is the problem?
North Korea is making bombs threatening the whole world. People that they are doing this because they feel unprotected and because Kim Jung-Ill (the North Korean leader) is making them do it.
2. Who is Involved?
North Koreans, the UN
3. Who is affected?
The citizens of North Korea, because if Kim Jung-Ill doesn’t stop bomb testing and making them, then the UN will create a sanction which will enable them to import or export anything, making them totally isolated.
4. If you could be anyone in power who would you be and what would you do?
If I was Kim Jung-Ill I would totally re-think the nuclear bomb testing, I would stop the bomb making.
If I was the leader of the UN I would go to
North Korea and talk personally to Kim Jung-Ill because he could end a lot of lives and finish many counties. I would offer him some stronger army for him to not feel so unprotected. There for I would go and try to understand why he is testing and making bombs, and try to stop him.
If were the oldest son of Kim Jung-Ill and future king of North Korea I would talk to my father about what he is doing and I would try to make him see that all the people of North Korea are suffering. I would make him talk to the UN and try to solve this fight.

§What I Learned About Rome§
Posted on December 11th, 2006 at 4:28 pm by maria101 and
I didn’t know a lot about Rome I thought it was an awesome society that just started to blend in with the Europeans country, but now I know just a little bit more about it. The video that we watched today in class was very entertaining and educational. During class which included watching the video and researching some books I have learned a bit of everything including gladiators, Cesar, letters, and a lot more. The thing that I found the most interesting is when I started reading about the gladiators and I read that they had very sad and planned lives they would eat the most disgusting things and they would spend their lives fighting beasts and other gladiators. This meant they could never make friends or else they would refuse to fight and they would both get killed. Imagine having a home and everyday having the feeling that maybe you won’t come back. It must be hard to fight animals like elephants, lions, rhinos and wild dangerous animals.
Then in the video something that imprested me was when the old archeologist found the letters and I think that you always hear about the lives of the great and the powerful and when I heard what the women and the brothers were telling each other it kind of introduces you to the life of people whose names didn’t go down in history, but just listening to how they felt it amazes me that the people were so civilized even at that time. I also amaze me that the Romans even had a junk yard they were really civilized and it was al under the dirt who knows all the other great things that they could have buried and they aren’t found yet. Well if we ever find the rest of that great civilization we will be amazed I just know it.
